Dina Mostovaya began her career in journalism, working at a city newspaper and local television station in Western Siberia, where she built a strong foundation in storytelling and media.

This early experience led to an internship at the global performance marketing agency Metia Group in London.

Over the next decade, Dina developed extensive expertise in PR and communications strategy, leading cross-border projects and working with international companies including Microsoft, eBay, Gett, and Target Global.

Mindset began as an independent consultancy founded by Dina Mostovaya, leveraging her background in journalism, PR, and communications strategy, as well as her experience working with global companies.

At this stage, Dina worked directly with founders and leadership teams, providing strategic communications, media relations, and positioning support for tech-driven companies.

Business relocation to Spain

Business relocation to Spain

In early 2022, following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Mindset made a strategic decision to relocate its operations and establish a European base in Spain, retaining the core team and more than 80 percent of its clients.

This move ensured business continuity, alignment with international clients, and long-term operational stability.

At the same time, Natalia Edde joined as a business partner, strengthening the firm’s leadership and operational capacity.

After relocating, Mindset entered a new growth phase:

  • Expansion into key European markets, including Germany and France.

  • Active work with startups and venture capital funds in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, and Estonia.

  • Development of cross-border media relations and pan-European communications strategies.

Mindset scaled both in revenue and impact:

  • We held the first events for our clients in local markets.

  • Led investor outreach campaigns for VC funds, supporting capital raising efforts

  • Started executing projects across LATAM and MENA.

  • As part of its next growth phase, Mindset began expanding its international team, including attracting talent and building partnerships in the United States, in order to support global clients.
