Mindset Is Now an Integrated Marketing and Communications Agency

Something shifted at Mindset. And if you've worked with us over the past few years, you probably saw it coming before we said it out loud.
Our clients stopped bringing us PR briefs. Instead, they came with a more complex challenge: shaping how they are perceived by the people who matter most to their success. They needed positioning, branding, influencer campaigns, advertising, digital presence, and events — not as separate workstreams, but as one integrated effort. So we evolved. The clients made the request, and we made the move.
A new kind of agency
Mindset is now an integrated marketing and communications agency for companies and brands scaling worldwide. The word "Consulting" is gone from our name — not because we advise less, but because we do considerably more. Strategy and execution now live under one roof, driven by a team that sees the whole picture and pushes until the outcome matches the ambition.
This is more than a rebrand or a structural update. It's the result of years of listening — to you, to the market, and to what the work we do was actually asking us to become.
Built from the inside out
To deliver on this, we restructured completely. Every client account is now supported by a stronger, more specialized team. We introduced a dedicated PR Lead to drive quality and consistency across all accounts, and built out specialized departments for Marketing, Social Media, and KOL partnerships. Each department has its own expertise, yet all work together as a single unit.
We think in systems, not campaigns, and deliver across the full value chain under one roof:
Public and Media Relations
Brand Identity and Brand Strategy
Event Management
Social Media Management and Content Marketing
Investor Outreach
Website Design and Development
Influencer Marketing

What hasn't changed
The label "PR agency" was quietly costing our clients. It framed our work around outputs (placements, mentions, coverage) when the actual job is bigger: shaping how a company is perceived by everyone who decides its future. "Integrated marketing and communications partner" isn't a bigger claim. It's a more accurate one.
Our core obsession remains the same: understanding the business, the audience, and the moment.
Our mission is to help companies turn marketing and communications into a rigorous system for building authority, trust, and long-term influence.
Same team. Same obsession. We just stopped under-describing the work we do.
