Mindset Consulting Unveils New Brand Identity to Mark Growth and Ambitious Plans for the Future

The agency is stepping into a new era with a fresh, sophisticated identity that reflects our ambitions, achievements, and the impact we create. Our updated, modern look is not only about visual images but also about the shift in our core focus toward established, late-stage clients and a wider service list.

Five years ago, Dina Mostovaya launched Mindset Consulting with a bold mission: telling the world about the brightest and most courageous minds — those who invent products and services that drive progress and transform the world we live in.

Over the years, what began as a logical extension of Dina’s career became a multi-award-winning agency. Today, it boasts a 20-person team spread across multiple countries and a diverse portfolio of promising companies, spanning industries and locations from New York and London to Barcelona, Dubai, and beyond.

Today, our core goal remains the same — to contribute to the growth of entrepreneurship globally. However, like everything, Mindset Consulting is in a constant state of flux. At the end of last year, while planning our marketing activities and analyzing our brand, we concluded that our visual look no longer reflected where we are or where we're headed, nor did it correspond to the current market landscape.

As a result, we decided to revamp our brand identity. And now — here we are, presenting our new look.

Why exactly do we change now?

Since the day we started, the communications industry has evolved significantly.

Massive layoffs, strategic shifts in media, the extremely active implementation of generative AI, the integration of PR with marketing and analytics, new media growth, and many more things have continuously impacted not only our internal work processes, but also our clients’ needs.

To adapt to these market shifts, meet the changing demands of entrepreneurs and investors, and empower our clients to stay ahead in this evolving landscape, we have consistently poured resources into our growth.

If you’ve been following what we’ve been up to over the last two years, you already know what we’ve changed. We’ve gone beyond traditional media relations, integrating new services like digital marketing, pitch deck consulting, SEO, and design; attracted Mindset ambassadors worldwide; partnered with the non-profit association Tech Barcelona; grown our advisory board, expanded our partners’ list, and more.

Due to this, today’s Mindset Consulting is stronger, more mature, and more ambitious than ever. We’re setting our sights on entering the Top 10 PR agencies in Europe, helping established tech startups and venture funds, and delivering 360° communications services that make an impact.

And since we believe in the power of storytelling and visual imaging, we’ve redefined our brand identity to better reflect who we are today and who we aspire to be.

From today, you can expect to see changes across our website, social media, and different materials we create for our clients and partners.

While we remain committed to our logo — that was kept as-is — we’re rolling out an updated colour palette with a distinct tone of purple, a new typography, and visual graphics that reflect technology and innovation. All was designed to highlight our core values and principles like openness, partnership, lifelong learning and growth, cultural awareness, and global mindset.

This is a manifestation of our current stage and our vision for the future, as well as our commitment to our clients, partners, and the world’s new reality.

This is, also, a daily reminder to continue on our mission regardless of the circumstances — and keep telling the world about those bold entrepreneurs who are building a more technological, safe and sustainable future.
