Dina Mostovaya

Program Head

As a women-led company, we know firsthand how tough the road can be for female founders

— especially in the male-dominated ecosystem of tech and venture capital. After 20+ years in these industries, we've seen brilliant women struggle not because they lack vision or talent, but because they face higher barriers at every turn — less funding, fewer opportunities, and a constant fight to be heard.

For female entrepreneurs from developing countries, these challenges are even steeper. Launching this mentorship program, we aim to change the game, to open doors, and help women-led startups break through, no matter where they are in the world.
